The skin’s physiology is affected by changes in atmospheric and biochemical parameters resulting from human activities. Air pollutants like particulate matter, variations in temperatures and humidity as well as UV radiation influenced by climate change (including the variations in the ozone layer and cloud cover it causes), can accelerate skin aging or allergies and worsen skin conditions such as skin moisturing, acne and eczema.
