- Complaint: Oily, itchy scalp. She was very upset because of the scales
- Diagnosis: DANDRUFF COEXISTING WITH FEMALE PATTERN ALOPECIA
- Treatment: selenium disulfide based shampoo every other day.
- Control at day 7: Complete cleaning of visible adherent and non-adherent scales after 7 days of use. High patient satisfaction.
