ABSTRACT

Combination therapy addressing multiple pathogenic factors should be used to achieve optimal outcomes in treating acne. The following study demonstrated both safety and efficacy of fixed-dose clindamycin phosphate 1.2%/benzoyl peroxide 2.5% in the morning with micron- ized tretinoin 0.05% gel in the evening. Both products were applied to the skin following the use of a ceramide containing moisturizing lotion.
