These manifestations occur early after initiation of therapy and their severity may reach grade 3-4 in a minority of cases. Although the appearance of this reaction is a positive marker of response to therapy, effective and rapid management of skin signs is necessary, with the aim of improving the tolerability of therapy and the overall quality of life of patients. For this reason, pharmacological management must be associated from the outset with additional interventions aimed at reducing aggravating local factors, with particular attention being paid to cleansing and hydration, and home use of camouflage, which provides an immediate cosmetic benefit and is the most encouraging strategy to motivate the patient to continue the therapies.Dermocosmetic management
